What data I collect

If you email, call or message me, I receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.

When you visit the site, the server automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type and time of visit. This is used for security and to keep the site running. The site uses no tracking or analytics cookies.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project or role (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

• To deliver services to clients and handle invoicing (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

• To keep the website secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f)).

I don't sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

Who has access

Data is only shared with the service providers that run this website and my email: [hosting provider] and [email provider]. They process data on my behalf under data processing agreements. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Client and invoicing records are kept for five years from the end of the financial year, as required by the
