Australia’s first Venture Capital (VC) firm to using crowdfunding to raise capital for start-ups.

Fat Hen Ventures Ltd. was the first company to enter the equity-crowdfunding space in Australia. Soon thereafter, they had competitors on their heels. Our job was to differentiate Fat Hen, and keep them one step ahead of the pack. Using market intelligence, we created a campaign built upon tribe mentally. This was achieved by coming up with language that communicated their product in a cool way. Customers were called friends of the hen, investing was called a nest egg, the CEO was called the Head Chook. The list went on. It built a culture and tribe around the company.
